Pain management guidelines for cancer survivors are well-established, whereas fatigue and sleep disturbances have historically received less attention in both research and practice. These issues often coexist and require a comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach. Lifestyle and integrative oncology interventions, such as exercise, yoga, touch therapy, acupuncture, tai chi, and qigong, have shown significant promise in managing cancer-related fatigue (CRF) and sleep disturbances. However, these interventions remain underutilised due to the absence of dedicated clinical pathways. Addressing this gap represents a critical opportunity to improve the quality of life for cancer survivors.
