Exploring the Impacts of COVID‐19 on the Lifestyles of Community‐Living Adults in Singapore: A Qualitative Study

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused many problems for people.  It stopped them from doing their regular activities.  As a result, it worsened their health and quality of life.  Hence, this study wanted to find out how COVID-19 impacted the daily lives and well-being of people from the community from various age groups.  While younger Singaporean adults were better at adjusting, there is an opportunity for occupational therapists to do more in helping older adults to stay engaged in meaningful activities despite the challenges posed by the pandemic.
