Prevent Falls in Elderly Patients with Cognitive Impairment with Sports and Functional Exercise

This study aimed to explore the value of sports and functional exercises in preventing falls in elderly individuals with cognitive impairment. The findings suggested that combining exercise with functional activities significantly improved balance, reduced the risk of falls, and increased the self-efficacy of elderly patients with cognitive impairment.
