Muscle Mass, Strength, and Physical Performance Predicting Activities of Daily Living: A Meta-Analysis

We talked about BADLs and IADLs in the previous study.  A common element of people dependent on ADLs is poor muscle mass and strength, further limiting their abilities to conduct daily activities.  So, do muscle mass and strength indicate ADL decline?  How about physical performance?  Researchers analysed available studies to find out.
