Although research on arts-based pedagogies within educational programs for occupation is emerging, it remains somewhat limited. This study delves into using art created by individuals with acquired brain injuries to enhance the comprehension of lived experiences and occupational impacts. Arts-based pedagogy shows promise as a valuable tool for fostering critically reflexive engagement, awareness, and a profound understanding of the lived experiences and occupational impacts encountered by individuals with acquired brain injuries.
