This case study exemplifies how rehabilitation can contribute to improved functional outcomes in total hip replacement patients. The treatment program integrates exercises targeting a range of motion, strength, gait, and balance.  Notably, the patient experienced significant enhancements in functional abilities, mobility, and pain management.
